Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

 

Return period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, labels attached and in their original packaging.

 

Return process

You can request a return directly through your account at cjsatelier.com/account. Simply log in using the email address used for your order — no password required.

Alternatively, contact us at the contact page with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your request has been received, we will review it and provide further instructions.

 

Refunds

If the return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

 

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. The return remains the responsibility of the customer until it has been received and inspected by us, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Each case will be carefully reviewed so we can determine the most appropriate solution.

 

Important note

Each piece is handmade, meaning slight variations in texture, shape, size, color and finish are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.
