Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

Spain: 2–4 business days
Europe: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays and peak seasons.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.

Europe: €7.95

Orders above €120 qualify for complimentary shipping.

Shipping costs will always be shown clearly before completing your order.

All orders are shipped with trusted carriers and include tracking information. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.


Availability

As each piece is handmade using carefully selected materials, including recycled yarns, restocks may vary depending on material availability.

We do not work with fixed restock dates, as each production batch depends on the availability of materials and the handmade process.


Packaging

All orders are carefully packed using paper-based and recyclable materials wherever possible. We aim to minimize the use of plastic and make conscious choices throughout our packaging process.
